What makes PagnatoKarp different and unique from every other financial advisor and firm is the level of transparency we provide our clients, colleagues and the market place. No doubt, we can and will get better at articulating our transparency. The clearer we are on our focus and the outcomes we are seeking, the more transparent we can be.
Here is the definition of “Transparency”:
trans·par·en·cyˌtranˈsperənsē/ – “Operating in such a way that it is easy for others to see what actions are performed”, and ” the perceived quality of intentionally shared information from a sender”.
Transparency is actually essential for healthy relationships. A lot of times conflict and miscommunication can be avoided if we had been more Transparent. In business, client satisfaction is directly linked to Transparency. Studies performed on client satisfaction have shown that the level of a client’s satisfaction is correlated to the expectations set by the company or product. The more transparent a company is with their clients, the better the expectations will be and therefore the higher the satisfaction level.
