Paul A. Pagnato III
Paul A. Pagnato III is a Digital Marketing Analyst at PagnatoKarp, supporting the development and implementation of marketing and branding strategies. Paul evaluates, tracks, and optimizes performance results of these strategies through statistical analysis and data-driven reporting. By focusing on transparency and digital innovations, Paul aims to drive a positive client experience at every branding touch point.
Prior to joining PagnatoKarp, Paul worked with the New York Yankees in Player Development. His analytical-heavy role with the Yankees included player performance evaluation using cutting-edge statistical metrics and state-of-the-art technology. A self-proclaimed data enthusiast, Paul found innovative ways to assist in the development of New York’s professional baseball players using quantitative analysis.
In the community, Paul serves on the Board of Directors for Pinstriped Prospects as a Partner & Director of Strategic Partnerships. He also participates with charitable organizations including Homes for Hope in the Dominican Republic, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies with a Minor in Business Administration from East Carolina University’s College of Health and Human Performance. During his time in Greenville, NC he also worked all four seasons with the Pirate baseball program. Paul currently resides in Vienna, VA with his dog Liberty.
